SWISS ADVANTAGE is a Business Process Re-Engineering Company incorporated in Sri Lanka as a private limited liability company, providing consultation and facilitation services to improve quality and productivity in organizations.

Having commenced operations in the year 2001 in collaboration with Swisscontact of Switzerland, we have successfully carried out assignments for over 200 companies in introducing management systems and software tools to re-engineer business processes. Our diverse range of clients include manufacturing (Food and Non Food sectors) engineering, services and a host of other sectors.

Our business is to  ‘Create Change’ in organizations by introducing work systems, methods, automation tools and introduce best practices in quality and food safety management systems, complying with international standards. Company History

Swiss Advantage Systems commenced business operations in the year 2001 in collaboration with Swiss Contact – a foundation supported by all universities in Switzerland. We had a 3 year collaboration with this foundation who helped us establish our consultancy business, develop our product and services and provided us the exposure for international training.

Established partnership with Swiss Contact of Switzerland and established the consultancy business.

Completed the first major project for Singer Sri Lanka – Service Center by helping them obtain ISO 9001 certification which they passed at the first audit.

Managing Director of the company visited Japan for further training on quality management and had the opportunity to take study tours to Toyota Motors, Nissan, Kerin Beer, Konica and other organizations in Japan.

The company celebrated 10 years in business and completion of over 100 projects.

Launched the new PEx Software™ Solution, a fully automated solution for managing integrated management systems for ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18000

PEx Software™ Solution won the National Best Quality Software Award in Sri Lanka.

PEx Software™ Solution won the National Best Quality Software Award in Sri Lanka for the 2nd time for new version.

Launched PEx Software for Food Sector.

PEx Software™ Solution for Food Sector won the National Best Quality Software Award in Sri Lanka.
